This Shipping Policy applies to fan gear purchases and uniform purchases, including items ordered through any FCTR Sports uniform portal.
Fan gear orders typically ship within 7–14 business days from the date the order is placed. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the size of the order, production volume, product availability, supplier timelines, and other operational factors.
All uniform items, including items ordered through a club uniform portal, typically ship within 4–6 weeks from the date the order is placed. This timeline is also reflected in the uniform ordering instructions provided on the applicable club storefront or website.
FCTR Sports operates on a print-on-demand and supplier-supported production model. As a result, unexpected delays may occur due to production requirements, inventory availability, supplier delays, fulfillment timelines, or other circumstances outside of FCTR Sports’ immediate control.
All shipping timelines provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. FCTR Sports reserves the right to delay, modify, or adjust shipment timing at its sole discretion based on business, production, supplier, or fulfillment needs. While FCTR Sports will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when possible, customers acknowledge and accept that delays may occur.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that shipping timelines are estimates and assumes the risk that an order may be delayed due to the nature of print-on-demand production, uniform fulfillment, and external supplier involvement.
